Whether you use RUN Powered by ADP or another ADP payroll service, we’ll plan the move around your next pay date. Payroll Northeast handles pay runs, direct deposit, payroll tax filings, and year-end reporting, with a familiar team to call when something changes.
What we’ll review
We’ll ask for your current-year payroll reports, employee wage and tax totals, recent tax filings and payments, and the details behind your regular payroll—pay rates, deductions, and direct deposit. We’ll tell you which records to gather and review them with you before your first pay run.
If you use ADP for time tracking, benefits, or HR as well as payroll, we’ll discuss those services during the handoff so you know what else needs attention.
Your first payroll with us
We’ll agree on a start date, bring over your year-to-date payroll information, and check which tax payments or filings ADP is still handling. Then we’ll set up and process your payroll with Payroll Northeast.
Can I switch midyear?
Yes. We use your payroll history to carry forward the wages and taxes already processed this year.
